Science Of The Gods

Mammoth/Planet Dog

Somewhere out there in a galaxy far far away dwell the minds of the men behind Eat Static. Science of the Gods is the consequence of their spacey sonic musings and their second U.S. release. These fellas stray further and further away from their crumbly beginnings as Ozric Tentacles, exploring the realm of drum and bass with smashing success. Watch them morph nicely from virtual hardfloor to controlled jungle to hypnotic trance with more than a cursory nod to all extremes of their evolution. Catch Playstation’s Conquest Earth to see how the sound of “Interceptor” translates into video game soundscape. Another brilliant experiment in science by the dogs.
