Litmus Green

It Must Suck to Be You

Wow, what an album! Let me take a minute to wipe the sweat off my brow and put my furniture back in place before I review this. This is quite the aggressive punk/hardcore album. If I had to reference it to other groups, I would say that Total Chaos and later Exploited material are the closest thing to this band. Mohawks and beer grace the inlay card photos, the songs average 1.5 minutes in length and the most complicated lyrics repeat “Fuck you Hillary Clinton” over and over. Not enough for you? How about the song “Bill’s on TV Again.” “Bill’s on TV again/ Get your gun/ Load it now/ Aim your gun/ Shoot your fucking TV now” You just can’t find music like this anywhere else these days. This is an obnoxious and fast-paced group that most people probably couldn’t handle. Let’s face it, that guy next to you that just picked up a copy of this magazine is probably going to skip this review and go straight to the latest on Oasis. Fortunately for Litmus Green, you are smart enough to check this album out and then go tell all your friends about it. Litmus Green, P.O. Box 5311, Glendale, CA 91221-5311; lgreen@earthlink.net
