Ace Fu / Southern

A collaboration between Rob Crow (Thingy) and Armistead Burwell Smith IV (3 Mile Pilot). It’s rare that a collaboration between two artist manages to create something algebraically perfect: Pinback sounds no less like Rob Crow and no less like ABS4. The multi-tasking melodic twists of Thingy drape elegantly over the sinuously strong melodic twists of 3 Mile Pilot – if you like either band, you’ll like this, and if you like both, this may very well be your new favorite record.
