Moonshine

Drum and bass, with its maniacally monolithic beats, commands you to dance, marching hysterically forward like Hitler on Poland. In the frenetic blitzkrieg of beats, it’s hard for the splintering skull to discern any other noise. The only thing left is to move. While there is the “thinking man’s” d&b of LTJ Bukem and the Good Looking/Looking Good crew, expect little of that here. Dara, riding crop in hand, demands and receives your movement. You will dance, you will dance fast, dance hard, and you will dance now. A hedonistic oppression to which it’s not wholly bad being attached. DJ SS’s “Curtains,” DJ Ink’s “Mirage,” and Hi Contrast’s “Global Love” will have you reveling in the bondage.
