Pressure Point

To Be Continued…

GMM

Old-school drunk punk from this Sacramento, CA five-piece, on an album that brims over with well-directed anger, confusion and tales of street punk everyday. To Be Continued is a release of socially conscious rebel punk and drinking laments, beautifully documenting years spent living hand to mouth and having authorities showing you no respect.

Bringing to mind both Agnostic Front and local heroes Rancid, Pressure Point plays Oi! the American way – energetic and raucous hardcore to soundtrack a wild night out. Kudos for actually writing labor protest songs – you don’t get a lot of that these days – but Pressure Point’s real strengths lie in their profound and unafraid chronicling of everyday misery, and their refusal to ever give in or to give up hope.
