The Sound of the Crowd

Oh, what’s the use?

I would have blogged this yesterday, but I found something in the last paragraph distasteful. However, something about it kept coming back to me today, so here it is.

It’s another Hullabaloo entry. This one about the idiotic tendency of the democratic “leadership” (and I use the word loosely) to distance themselves from the people that could be the most useful to them. Like say, for instance, Michael Moore.

“Meanwhile, the Republicans have been very successful inviting their sociopathic lunatic fringe right onto the dais and treating them like royalty. You didn’t see the Republicans rejecting Falwell or Coulter because they say inflammatory things, do you? No, because a large number of their constituents think they are terrific. It’s called having respect for your grassroots.”
