Little League

Through Our Ears, Through Our Hearts

Too Damn Hype

Smartly written, professionally executed emo/indie/lite punk from Philadelphia natives Little League. Their sound has been compared to the ballads of The Get Up Kids, and their lyrics are not only artistic but they fit very well with the lead singer’s eclectic voice. This is the sort of group you stumble upon in a local club and salivate over until they release a CD. The debut from Little League, Through Our Ears, Through Our Hearts has a wide range of speeds, chords, and (not too much surprise) emotion. From the state of cheesesteaks, here’s a group just as tasty. Don’t miss “Calling Dr. Kramer” and “The Charter Oak.”
