Frodus

Conglomerate Intermational

Tooth & Nail

I haven’t been keeping up with Frodus as well as it seems I should have been, judging from the sound of this. The first tape I heard from them I thought was pretty bad. Seeing them play with Jihad was my first hint I needed to re-evaluate my stance. Everything I’ve heard since (just a few songs) has been fantastic, and this album is no exception. Jagged melodies with yelled/screamed vocals and hypnotic, repetitive, unusual guitar lines. Abrasive yet catchy. Odd to see an album like this on Tooth & Nail, but whatever – it’s very well done. Highly recommended. See them live. Tooth And Nail Records, P.O. Box 12698, Seattle, WA 98111
