Acrid/Left For Dead

Hacked To Pieces 12”

No Idea

Acrid was the name I knew and trusted, but I find myself liking the Left For Dead stuff better. Both play speedy hardcore, Acrid being much more on the guttural growl-sung metal side and LFD being more straightforward but with some metal influence still intact. Great lyrics and powerful music. And amazing packaging, too – a buzzsaw-shaped record packaged in a blood-splattered sleeve. Well, not real blood, but you get the idea. A great record overall. No Idea Records, P.O.
