Soilent Green

A String of Lies

Relapse

You don’t come across Soilent Green too much, but when you do, you are always glad you did. This three-song EP should leave any blast beat fanatic twitching in their tracks for a while. For that matter it would leave anybody twitching; this is an intense album! Muddy guitars, incredible timing and time changes, and lots of vocals that are guaranteed to leave a sore throat. One minute they will be playing an ode to early Napalm Death, and the next minute they are playing your typical heavy low-end slow trudge riff. This short but sweet release does not quite fit into any category, but I think that it is safe to say that it will appeal to any grindcore fanatic and will please any extreme music fan. Relapse, P.O.
