Spring Heeled Jack played on the bus stage at the Warped Tour, and even though it wasn’t a main stage, they did attract a very large crowd. I was surprised by the sheer size, and how the crowd really got into the band’s set. I personally am not a big ska fan, but I enjoyed their songs and found myself jumping with the rest of the crowd at the fast-paced, horn-enriched, and guitar pounding songs. It was the kind of set that most bands save for the last night of touring, and they’re just glad that it is all over so they go way out, to show the fans that they had fun doing it. ◼
