Marshmallow Coast

Seniors and Juniors

Kindercore

Like a lot of those little complicated melodies you may have made as a musically precocious child, these songs carry a balance of childish glee and original musical thought. Like a lot of the Athens pop school, the Marshmallow Coast likes bittersweet chords and honest-to-goodness singing. Like a lot of its brethren, it ends up being a bit pastel at times. Still, I like it a lot. Sensitive caring pop for people who smile in private.
