Seela

Something Happened

New Improved Music

Something Happened follows in the tradition of women in rock that can really rock while still being soft-spoken and thoughtful. Seela herself contributes vocals and mostly acoustic guitar but electric guitar riffs are found in abundance, courtesy of her supporting band. Part Sheryl Crow and part Sonic Youth, the songwriting, lyrical style, and instrumental serenades combine to make this a very enjoyable listen.
