One Place I Can Fall

Right Lane

You know what this is going to sound like even before you put it on, which is probably why the promo material comes in the form of a one-track single rather than the complete album. It is stunningly bland country designed to offend no one that may want to buy it. It’ll probably go down a storm at the Opry and sell a million copies, but it’s music without a soul, a heart and a thought of its own.

Oh, and just in case you wondered, the “one place he can fall,” as the title informs us, is “into [his] baby’s arms”. Good for him, that.
