I agree with virtually every single word of Josh Marshall’s latest Talking Points Memo.

I know I link to Marshall a lot, but that’s because I think he is, hands down, the best political blogger out there, often saying things I’ve yet to able to codify and better than I would have said it anyway.

In this installment he offers his criticisms of John Kerry (as images of Gore and Dukakis and Mondale rise unbidden behind the terrified eyeballs of Democrats everywhere).

I’m going to keep repeating this until it enters the lexicon or ‘till the election, whichever comes first: If the ‘crats can’t beat George W. Bush, they ought to quietly disband.
