Those of you who have read Take Them At Their Words or seen Fahrenheit 9/11 (or its trailer) will be familiar with Bush’s famous “now watch this drive” quotation. The one that makes fine, upstanding people everywhere want to hurl, be they Democrat or Republican.
You’d think there’d be no way any conservatives could embrace this, wouldn’t you? How little you know about some conservatives. There’s nothing Bush can say they can’t use to sell T-shirts, adding a misogynist tang into the bargain.
