The Sound of the Crowd

As If We Needed More Proof

Dick Cheney is going to hell.

From Keith Olbermann of MSNBC, one more niggling detail about Cheney’s untruth regarding whether he’d met Senator Edwards before:

“when Elizabeth Dole was sworn in by Senate President Cheney as the junior senator from North Carolina just last year, it was Senator Edwards who (with her husband) escorted her to Mr. Cheney. Senator Dole was sworn in using Mrs. Edwards’ bible.”

Telling a lie about something where a bible was involved, a family bible no less. That’s pretty much a “go to hell, go directly to hell, do not pass go, do not collect 200 million from Haliburton” offense, isn’t it?
