What Lies Beneath
Ok, this just got interesting. I’ve been posting entries about “the bulge” more or less from a tongue in cheek POV. It sure was easy to make jokes about, but I couldn’t fully bring myself to believe that Bush would actually appear on international television wearing a transmitter. It just seemed too much like something out of a bad movie.
But now I’m not so sure. In Salon, a NASA photo analyst who’s studied the video says he’s sure Bush was wearing a device. And this is a guy who, besides NASA, works for Caltech and is one of those analysing photos of Titan like the one to which I linked earlier today. He’s what I would call credible.
I can’t imagine this is going to tip the election against Bush. But man, this sure hasn’t been his month.
