The Sound of the Crowd

Then again

Last month, our friend James “the” Mann wrote in his blog:

Finally, a rightwing site that doesn’t look like an insane asylum. Redstate.org</a> seems to be a levelheaded sort of place, but then again, I’ve only read one article…

I’m guessing it wasn’t this one, which equates some allegedly Democratic-leaning press conference attendee with Gannon/Guckert:

Remember the media outrage when Jeff Gannon appeared at the White House press briefings? I’d like to hear them justify how Victoria Jones is any more an objective, professional journalist than Gannon/Guckert/Whoever ever was. Having Jones sit in the White House press briefing audience is like having Al Franken there.

Well, in redstate.org’s own comments section, someone asks the question:

Was Victoria Jones planted by the Democrats? Jeff Gannon, however, was treated especially well by the GOP.

But in the spirit of bi-partisanship, Americablog offers the following olive branch:

Of course, we understand how it’s easier for you guys to claim that your man-whore was vilified for simply leaning right than to admit the truth – that your man-whore wasn’t a real journalist and was, well, a man-whore.
