If Bob Dylan went more rock, then he would sound just like Willie Nile. It’s been 30 years since Nile’s debut album and he sounds a little more weathered, but he is still pumping out top quality adult-rock. The title track has Nile name checking who lives in this house, including Robert Johnson, Hank Williams, Bob Dylan, The Rolling Stones, John Lennon, Muddy Waters and John Lee Hooker, who Nile says is “gonna kick your ass!” Take a listen and get entranced by Willie Nile.
