Montreal Mix Sessions

Vol. 4 – DJ Lafleche

Turbo Recordings

Mixed by “one of Montreal’s pioneer DJs,” Montreal Mix Sessions Vol. 4 gives the unsuspecting listener a taste of true DJ music in its rawest form. Turbo Records boasts that all of the tracks on their releases are recorded live. They also make it well known that they, and they alone, are responsible for the neo simplistic photography and the edgy graphic design that graces each of their projects’ covers. No matter how great looking the package, what matters is what’s on the disc and in this case, it’s all about the beat. Lafleche is, to be honest, very good at what he does, and it seems that maybe the people in Canada know this already• hmm. Regardless, consider yourself in the loop now, and be glad to have gained this position. Just looking at this CD will make you cooler.
