Designed for a variety of applications, including broadcasting, recording/dubbing, DJ-ing and sound reinforcement use, Denon’s new DMD-1300P MiniDisc recorder ($799.95) houses a wealth of professional MD editing functions in a single rack-mount chassis. The sampling rate converter supports a wide range of sampling frequencies. The DMD-1300P has the ability to divide a single track into a number of sections for more efficient searching, instantaneous track cueing at any desired point, the ability to combine two consecutive tracks to form a single track, and others.
