Live From Central Park

A&M

Although not her finest, most intimate moment, Live From Central Park showcases Sheryl Crow in a very spirited live performance. Several guest musicians, including Eric Clapton, Chrissie Hynde, Stevie Nicks, and Keith Richards, join Crow on stage to perform in front of thousands of adoring fans. She performs solo on many of her own hits, including “Everyday is a Winding Road,” “Leaving Las Vegas,” and the infectious “All I Wanna Do.” Two of the best moments are a duet with Stevie Nicks on “Gold Dust Woman” and a rousing version of “White Room” with Eric Clapton. The recording is slightly distant, but that won’t stop the hard-core Crow fan from snatching this one off the shelf.
