The Forty Fives

Get It Together

Ng/Artemis

Yeah! Yeah! Yeah! Get it together! I just gotta say it, because the pumping bass and swelling organ of “Get Out” just brings out the monster in me. The Forty Fives bring back the sweatiest moments of the British Invasion with style, stewing their groove in soul for an overwhelming move-yer-feet attack. Think of the smell of the Make-Up, or the Delta 72, or for us lucky Southeasterners, the Woggles and the Hatebombs, and you’ll have a good sniffy sniff of their spiffy whiff. Now excuse me, gotta go crank it.
