Wise Man’s Parade

Trenholm

This Orlando quartet’s full-length CD should establish them as one of the better Florida bands doing midtempo guitar rock (think Gin Blossoms, for example). There’s just nothing to dislike here, great lead and backing vox, mature songwriting, and powerful yet tastefully restrained playing. And they have a Hammond B-3 on some songs on the album. Everyone who does stuff anywhere near this genre needs to have a B-3 on their album. Look for this CD and go see this band live as well, because the live show is even more powerful than the record. And that’s saying something.
