End Of Amnesia

Future Farmer

Acoustic folksy touched tunes, moving from instrumentals to vocal spread songs that bring to mind a cross between Tom Waits and Sunset Valley’s Herman Jolly. The focus is on the guitar playing, sweet steel and heartfelt strains of strum. Sometimes the vocals move into almost Beach Boys-like harmonies, but hushed and soft. It moves against you like a cat, purring. Strange sounds, hums, and vibrations are thrown into the mix, but it’s more mellowing than disconcerting. It takes more than one listen to find the depth of this CD, but each repeated listen pulls you deeper in to the songs.
