- Oh, man, what does it NOT have? It’s gonna be like 1,000,000 sq. ft., 19 stories, all together

- That’s why I am hesitant to get him involved. He’s always wanting to sleep on the floor. He works himself too hard.

- But he can enjoy the luxuries to be found in Tvaarsky, right? Like a circular bowling alley?

- A circular bowling alley would be a good idea. I’ll send that idea over to my engineers.

- So when will you be ready to record in it?

- The initial demolition is scheduled to start in about 2 weeks. The evacuation should start shortly after that.

- No, just a big hole. BIG hole. We’re scraping out the entire hill over here.

- What about earthquakes?

- So far we haven’t had any. We’ll probably tunnel so deep it won’t matter. Most of the earthquakes will be from how loud we mix.
