Junior Vasquez

Earth Music 2

Tommy Boy

Now that Malvo and Muhammad have been apprehended, outside of Osama, Junior Vasquez has got to be the most wanted man in America. A Dillinger on the decks, Vasquez simply knows how to rock the house crowd. He’s a taste maker, a dance floor dictator, who recommends you to move with some of the biggest bass to ever bang your eardrum.

Earth Music 2 is a carefully crafted continuous mix that reportedly captures the feel and exuberance of one of Vasquez’s live sets. With thirteen, frenzied house tracks, the man succeeds in bringing the ecstasy. This is a mind-numbing, physically-exhausting dance odyssey. Vasquez grabs you and refuses to let you go with anthem after anthem clamping permanently onto your cranium. Beautifully euphoric tracks by Fierce Ruling Diva, Superchumbo, Delacy, Steve Lawler, Dolce, and Shauna Solomon rattle the spirit. Over-the-top from the first beat, this is a superlative mix disc that stands apart from the plethora of such CDs currently flooding the market.
