Gonzales: Prisoners not sent elsewhere for torture

WASHINGTON – Attorney General Alberto Gonzales said today the United States would never send terrorism suspects to countries where they would be tortured but admitted once they have been dispatched to nations like Saudi Arabia or Egypt the U.S. government has little control.

What a loathsome bit of trash this person is. The only people this is designed to fool is of course us, the American citizen. Hopefully not because we as a people are dumber than the rest of the planet, although Bush and crew certainly act as if we are.

The concept being foisted here is akin to a child holding someone else’s piggy bank in the air, dropping it, and then taking the money. “I didn’t break it- the ground did. And I couldn’t just leave the money sitting there, could I?” No, we might not have tortured EVERY captive we got, we sent some of them to places known for using torture. Cute. And if these people happen to talk when we have a car battery attached to their nuts, then well, we couldn’t just leave it there, could we?

Contempt. Deserving of nothing more.
