Truth to Power

Love Beatles Love

“Love Beatles Lov-X016”

The Beatles, along with most other classic rock bands, don’t get much play around TTP, simply because we’ve grown up on it, heard it a zillion times, and if we want to hear “Yesterday” or some such, you just think about it a few minutes, and you can hear in your head just like wearing headphones. So, when George Martin and his son Giles remixed classic Beatles material on “Love”, they did more than just mash up songs. They recreated the songs for an older generation for whom such stuff had grown stale.

Kudos, gentlemen.
