37% say bring them home now
Some adults in the United States believe the coalition effort should draw to a close as soon as possible, according to a poll by Rasmussen Reports. 37 per cent of respondents think all U.S. troops should be brought home from Iraq immediately.
The coalition effort against Saddam Hussein’s regime was launched in March 2003. At least 3,355 American soldiers have died during the military operation, and more than 25,000 troops have been wounded in action.</em>
Expect this number to climb rapidly.
