Kid Congo & The Pink Monkey Birds

Fifth LP That Delicious Vice Out April 19 via In The Red Records

Kid Congo Powers and the Pink Monkey Birds have released a video for their newest single, “Wicked World,” off their upcoming fifth studio full-length, That Delicious Vice, and it is so very good! Beautiful sexed-up noir art from unparalleled powerful artists who look like they’re having a damn blast.

Born into trouble from a devil’s seed / Every fork in the road led her here…

One two three four five six seven — you’re going to Hell, and I’M GOING TO HEAVEN!!” (Alice Bag)

The album promises extended collaboration with phenomenal LA punk Alice Bag (The Bags), “Wicked World” vocalist. “We go back a long time,” says Bag. “When I was doing my book tour, Kid called me and I hadn’t heard from him in ages! And he’s like, ‘You’re coming to DC! If you need me for anything, I’m gonna make some noise with you — I’m in!’
