The CD version of a compilation that came out on LP almost a year and a half ago. An all-star hardcore/power violence cast thrash through thirty-nine tracks in just under thirty-five minutes. Fast and spastic stuff from some of the best: Charles Bronson, Spazz, Asshole Parade, Palatka, Pretentious Assholes, Unanswered, and Despise You. The type in the insert is smaller and harder to read and the crackle of the vinyl isn’t there, but other than that, this is still essential. If you don’t have it already for format reasons, here’s your chance. Otherwise you’re just slow.
