A chuckling former Democratic Senator Max Cleland responded to a question by CNN’s Wolf Blitzer this morning about claims by Karl Rove made in reference to the 2002 election ‘dirty tricks’.
“Well, you know he’s lying when his lips are moving.” Cleland summed up succinctly, momentarily confusing Blitzer.
“Is that it? Is that what you want to say?” asked Blitzer.
“That’s it.” responded Cleland with a big smile on his face.</em>
